Since starting Henley, in addition to recruiting I have also been busy delivering recruitment training support to businesses looking to maximise the revenue generated by their staff through improved individual and team performance. Having been responsible for the training and development of a great number of consultants throughout my career, I know how to identify performance issues, give training and guidance to improve performance and follow up to achieve results. Training courses have included one-to-one desk based headset work, classroom training sessions and Matchmaker software training. My clients are already seeing the benefits on their bottom line.
